Bright Minds Literacy Enrichment Program is an engaging, interactive literacy experience designed to strengthen reading skills, build confidence, and inspire lifelong love of learning. This program is ideal for schools and similar organizations seeking high-quality literacy enrichment tailored to their students needs. Program Highlights: - Dynamic hands-on activities that promote reading comprehension, critical thinking, and collaboration. - Flexible sessions adaptable for a variety of age groups and learning levels - Consultation recommended prior to booking to ensure a tailored experience. - Bookings must be made at least 60 days in advance. - Led by experienced professionals with success in fostering literacy and confidence.
Cancellation Policy
By scheduling a consultation, you agree to the following terms to ensure a smooth and productive experience for all clients. 1. Appointment Confirmation All consultations must be booked through the official scheduling system and will be confirmed once payment (if applicable) and booking details are received. You will receive a confirmation email with the appointment time and meeting details. 2. Payment Policy Consultation fees must be paid at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Payments secure your reserved time slot. 3. Rescheduling Clients may reschedule their consultation up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Requests made within 24 hours may not be accommodated depending on availability. 4. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. Late cancellations may result in the consultation fee being non-refundable. 5. No-Shows If a client does not attend the consultation within 10–15 minutes of the scheduled time, the session may be considered a no-show and the appointment may be forfeited without refund. 6. Preparation To make the most of your consultation: Be prepared with relevant information or questions. Ensure a stable internet or phone connection if the session is virtual. Join the meeting on time. 7. Scope of Consultation Consultations are intended to provide guidance, recommendations, or strategic direction related to the service discussed. They do not automatically include implementation or additional services unless explicitly agreed upon. 8. Confidentiality All information shared during consultations will be treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing the requested service. 9. Limitation of Liability While every effort is made to provide accurate and helpful advice, outcomes may vary. Clients are responsible for decisions and actions taken following the consultation. 10. Policy Agreement By booking a consultation, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy.
