Service Description
Our pre-program consultation is a crucial step to ensure your Bright Minds Literacy Enrichment experience is tailored to your students' needs and runs smoothly from start to finish. During this meeting, we will review all essential details related to your event, including: - Event date and timing: Selecting a schedule that works best for your group. - Age groups and student numbers: Ensuring activities are appropriate and engaging for your participants. - Supplies and materials: Clarifying which items will be provided by Bright Minds and which are the responsibility of the school or organization. - Program format and objectives: Customizing session content to match learning goals and literacy levels. During the consultation, you will also review and sign a program contract, which outlines the responsibilities of both parties. Other key topics to cover include: - Accessibility or special needs considerations - Room setup and logistical requirements - Safety protocols and supervision guidelines - Payment and deposit procedures - Any additional questions or special requests to ensure a successful event This consultation ensures that all expectations are aligned, the session is tailored to your students, and your school or organization is fully prepared for a smooth, engaging literacy experience.
Cancellation Policy
By scheduling a consultation, you agree to the following terms to ensure a smooth and productive experience for all clients. 1. Appointment Confirmation All consultations must be booked through the official scheduling system and will be confirmed once payment (if applicable) and booking details are received. You will receive a confirmation email with the appointment time and meeting details. 2. Payment Policy Consultation fees must be paid at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Payments secure your reserved time slot. 3. Rescheduling Clients may reschedule their consultation up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Requests made within 24 hours may not be accommodated depending on availability. 4. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. Late cancellations may result in the consultation fee being non-refundable. 5. No-Shows If a client does not attend the consultation within 10–15 minutes of the scheduled time, the session may be considered a no-show and the appointment may be forfeited without refund. 6. Preparation To make the most of your consultation: Be prepared with relevant information or questions. Ensure a stable internet or phone connection if the session is virtual. Join the meeting on time. 7. Scope of Consultation Consultations are intended to provide guidance, recommendations, or strategic direction related to the service discussed. They do not automatically include implementation or additional services unless explicitly agreed upon. 8. Confidentiality All information shared during consultations will be treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing the requested service. 9. Limitation of Liability While every effort is made to provide accurate and helpful advice, outcomes may vary. Clients are responsible for decisions and actions taken following the consultation. 10. Policy Agreement By booking a consultation, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy.
